TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to book the apartment, we require to send us the amount of the first night usually to guarantee of the reservation, so we will keep available  the apartment for your request for two days. This in case of a short term for your vacation. For a long term, We require the 35% or 50% of the total amount you have to pay to book the apartment. All payments must be in Euro

To send us the payment, we use two ways:

a bank transfer, in this case we will give you our bank details;

a Western Union, in this case it needs to send the money to the address of our office. Once the reservation is confirmed, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and shown to the accommodation provider.

We will use the information you will give us to serve you in making your reservation. As soon as we will receive your bank transfer, we will send you our Reservation Voucher  with the details of your booking and your reference number.

In case of problems or events that make your apartment uninhabitable, we reserve the right to move you in another similar and higher quality apartment, and in this case you don't lost the money you sent us, always that you choose a structure through Reservation in Rome.  We are a reservation agency on line, so we are not directly responsible for any problem you might find in the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

We must inform you about our cancellation policy.

You can cancel your stay 30 days before your scheduled check in.

In the case you cancel it after this term we can keep the amount you sent as a refund of the reservation.
